I bought this for a Christmas gift for friends with a new baby. Nights out to a nice dinner have come to a halt for them. They absolutely loved it! It was weâll pact, stayed cold and they said it was absolutely delish! Iâll order this again next year for presentsâ¦.might just include myself!

The vacuum seal on raw meat was poor and didn’t get spice blend
I ended up getting 2 gift boxes around Christmas. I ordered one for myself and received one as a gift. In both boxes I was disappointed that if I thawed raw steak in a bowl of cold water, the water got thru to the meat every time. I should have used a zip lock bag to be sure. I own a vacuum sealer and don’t have this problem when thawing raw meat I’ve packaged myself. The 2nd box that was gifted to me did not include the “free” spice blend although it appeared on the packing list. Also disappointed that the steaks shrank so much during cooking. Did not notice this as much with the pork. In general the flavor of the steaks were ok. The hot dogs lack flavor of any kind and are difficult to enjoy. The burger is also bland. Of all the items between the two different boxes I liked the chicken fried steak the most. This is a pre-cooked product which I would normally never purchase at the grocery store but it had good flavor and a nice spicy kick.
