My wife and I wanted all-new bakeware. She bakes and cooks a lot so we wanted something that would stand the test of time. Let me tell you, these are extra-heavy-duty and will NOT warp. Hand washing is easy since we can’t make anything stick them.Pros:Extra heavy-duty and will not warpEasy to hand wash and virtually nothing sticks to themHandles make getting out of the oven safer and more convenientCooling racks are ideal for those baking cookies. Also makes PERFECT bacon and French friesThese should last a lifetime. Cooking spray and metal utensils will damage the finish. You really don’t need a cooking spray as nothing seems to stick to them. High temp silicone utensils are recommended and work great without damaging the finish.Cons:Heavier than we expected. Most pans require both hands (OvGlove oven mitts or equivalent recommended)You might need to purchase additional cooling racks and cookie sheets if you do a lot of baking during holidays. Otherwise you’ll need wax paper for cookies straight out of the oven.

One pan had a ding on arrival. By the time I noticed it was too late to return. Be careful; they scratch easy using metal utensils. (All metal utensils have been replaced with silicone. They bake and cook excellent.

Since Iâve gotten this set, Iâve baked: chocolate chip cookies, banana nut bread, chocolate cookie bars, and muffins. I didnât use any form of nonstick preparation (parchment paper, oil, butter, etc.) yet everything has popped right off the pans. Even heat distribution and no warping so far so fingers crossed! Feels professional grade and long lasting. 100% recommend this set.Only downside in my opinion⦠I wish it came with a 9×9 square dish instead of (2) 9×9 rounds.Still 10/10
