Like the texture. Has alot of protein and fiber. Tastes good. Cooking time 8 to 10 minutes once water is boiling.

The texture, taste and easy to cook noodles. I also sent the bags as a gift for my granddaughter. I will order more soon. This didnât spike my husbandâs glucose. We eat low carb foods. With making most of the meals, heâs no longer a diabetic. We started off with keto first, then went to low-carb and have been on this charge for 4 years. We will always be on low carb earring.
