Perfect!
This was reccomended to me by a coworker after I had shared that I have trouble sleeping due to anxiety and just the inability to shut my brain off when it comes time to go to bed. I’ll stay up for hours. Ultimately getting little to no sleep. This is something I have struggled with for a very very long time.I’ve used these for several nights now connecting to my Spotify account and listening to an 8D Playlist and let me tell you!!!! I have fallen asleep SO fast! Im able to concentrate on the music VS getting stuck in my head. And when I do wake up I’m able to fall back asleep without struggling. I tried just using normal headphones but they obviously won’t stay on while you sleep and are not very comfortable, I tend to roll onto my side. These have great sound quality and they are super comfortable . You can still hear things going on around you if you dont have the volume super loud, so I don’t have to worry about not hearing my kiddo if they get up the the middle of the night. Thank you for this amazing product! Highly recommend to anyone who struggles shutting down that busy brain at the end of the day or anyone who just needs white noise to fall asleep!

Love this! Comfortable! Nothing bulky, hot or anything. Not tight or constricting. It is true, you can truly sleep on your side and not notice the speakers. Sound from the speakers is amazing for both music and audiobooks. Perfect light blocking ability with the spaces over the eyes allowing you to open your eyes or blink without rubbing on the mask. For me it didnât even shift when I turned over. Easy to turn on and off and easy Bluetooth pairing. Great for naps too!

Eye socket section is not deep enough
I like this eye mask except for the fact that the eye socket section is not deep enough. I love the fact I can fall to sleep with music. That is a great plus and also if you go visiting or are in a hotel it is great for masking the hallway noise. I would recommend one. I have long eyelashes and the socket section is just not deep enough for me. Fits great and it is soft and easy to use. I noticed people complained about a scent but as soon as I got mine I washed it right away and I had no scent at all. I am happy with the stretch ability, and functionality. Buy one, you will love it. Easier to fall asleep!

The mask itself is super comfy and is super nice to sleep in, when I wear it, it feels like I’m closing my eyes in the dark even when my eyes are open and in a bright room. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night it sends me back to sleep super quick by making you feel like you never opened your eyes. The headphones are super comfy even when laying on your side and the sound quality is fantastic for the price they sound slightly worse than my airpods and are far more comfortable to sleep with.

Not perfect, but the price is good enough to keep them
Having no experience with sleep headphones before, the sound quality is great and I don’t find it to be painful sleeping on my side. The speakers don’t bother me at all in that sense, and it’s nice that you can move them around. The one big issue–which others here have mentioned–is that when you’re wearing the mask in a normal position over your eyes, the speakers don’t go over your ears. You have to pull the mask down a little and put the velcro strap at the base of your head, causing the mask to sit weirdly over your face. It was a pretty awkward feeling at first, but after a few nights I was able to find the middle ground of the mask not feeling so weird on my face while also being able to hear the speakers (the speakers do NOT have to be perfectly over your ears to hear them). I decided to keep the mask because it was on sale for $24, and I have continued to use it. Maybe in the future I’ll buy a nicer one and use this for travel or something. However, I can definitely see how some people wouldn’t want to deal with all that and would just return the mask.

Truly “sound” sleep 🙂 plus no more pain in the ear!
I’ve been using audio to help me sleep some nights for a long time and I’ve found it beneficial. Whether from the body being restless or sore or the mind being active or stressed, sound files (such as Brain.fm or long tracks on Insight Timer and other tracks, some with binaural beats, others without) have been very beneficial. But they’ve always come with one problem: the headphones/earbuds.Unless you sleep alone, you have to use a listening device to not bug your housemate(s). If you’re a constant back sleeper, a bluetooth headset with a long enough battery life could work OK, but even then it can be uncomfortable to wear them for 6-9 hours – especially the earbuds. If you’re a side sleeper or stomach sleeper at all (like me) those become very uncomfortable and painful after just a short time because of the pressure of being between your ear and the pillow where all the weight of your head is on one of them.Plus, they easily slip out. And if they have any wire, they get tangled up.This product solves that.By taking the speakers out of the ear, there isn’t direct pressure inside anymore. Plus, they are kept in place inside the material.NOTE: I found if you place the speakers directly above your ear opening, it can still be a little uncomfortable after some time. It’s still FAR better than regular earbuds/headphones. I found the best placement for me was to move them to the upper part of the band, still on my ear but at the top part. I turn the volume up just a bit more and can hear it plenty well and NO PAIN that way, even wearing it all night and sleeping on my sides/stomach most of the time.I’ve played with different volume levels and even with it turned up to where it would be a sleep inhibitor, my partner cannot even tell I’m listening to something. When it turn it down to a comfortable and effective level for me, it works great.It doesn’t actually have noise cancellation technology, but it does an effective job of blocking out background noise. I put it at a level where I can still hear someone calling out or other really loud noises, but where I can also hear the audio program to be effective.EXCELLENT OVERLOOKED DESIGN FEATURE: For side/stomach sleepers, this is critical and is often overlooked. Other similar masks place the control unit (the power and control buttons) on the side. For side sleepers, this would be horrible. You’d be laying on it and it would apply pressure to your face and probably result in the buttons being pushed inadvertently. With this model, though, the control panel is front and center – which means it is out of the way for side sleepers and never gets accidentally pushed.And don’t worry about the little red and blue lights in it. They are behind the material and are not an annoyance to anyone. Yet, they are still bright enough to be functionally useful when you need to see them. (The bright light from my Fitbit is about 1,000 times brighter and more annoying at night every time I move my arm.)And for me, the addition of the sleep mask is a nice bonus. I never used one before and didn’t really need it, but thought I’d give it a try because I wanted the speakers out of my ears. The sleep mask is great, though. It’s very comfortable and keeps cool and doesn’t affect breathing at all. I’ve found it to be a wonderful bonus. I like to position it in such a way that just the smallest amount of light gets through the bottom, but you could position it for complete darkness if you wish.So, yeah, this is a great product! It’s helped me enjoy sound sleep with the assistance of sound many nights – and without the pain in the ear from regular earbuds/headphones. It’s got some great design features that make it very user friendly as well as bed-mate friendly. I highly recommend it, especially for side sleepers.
