Lost a star because it’s not my favorite flavor
It’s a little chalky and tastes like fake strawberry. But if you can get past that it has some protein, is a quick breakfast supplement, and is filling enough that I can have one in the morning with a carb of some sort and be fine until lunch.

I got the strawberry flavor, and it’s not the best tasting but it’s not bad at all either. It’s actually grown on me quite a bit. I do also think it’s pretty filling, works nice for when I’m starting a fast!I would like to edit to say the strawberry flavor has grown on me so much, I think itâs delicious now!
