Lower carb, great taste
Got these on recommendation of a friend, as lower carb than most pasta (I can’t stand “fake” pasta like cauliflower pasta). The flavor is great, texture almost that of “real” pasta. Definitely the way to go for someone who is trying to reduce carbs yet at the same time loves pasta.

Al dented Carbo nada egg fettuccine
These noodles are great, they taste good, the mouth feel is right and they don’t get soggy when used in a recipe. If I didn’t need to eat low GI pasta, they would still be my choice.

I’m low carb/keto to help with my blood sugar levels.
I missed fettuccine so much! This product doesn’t impact my blood sugar and tastes great!

I love pasta and this is the best lower carb, high fiber, high protein option I have found
I have loved pasta all of my life and love spaghetti. I am very active and in good shape and normally eat a large amount of spaghetti several times a week. I have been searching for a pasta that has some additional health benefits since I eat it so frequently. This has been the first to come close to tasting like the pasta that I usually love and enjoy. This is a fettucini shaped noodle but still fills my need for spaghetti. The Al Dente Carba-Nada Egg Fettuccine has half the carbs at 24 grams, 7 grams of fiber, and 15 grams of protein. The 7 grams of fiber also cancel out some of those carbohydrates. The pasta is unique in that it is a little chewier but not in a bad way. It is not chewy like “some” low carb noodles. The best way I can describe it is that they taste slightly less than done. They are meaty and have a nice texture. I can actually use them as a replacement to spaghetti. They have the flavor of the pasta and are quite delicious with different sauces. I do wish that the pasta would taste this good and have even fewer carbs per serving but with all the types I have tried so far this is the best I have found. The fiber has impacted my digestion and it was noticeable that I increased my fiber intake. Overall, I am happy with this pastas taste, consistency, and health benefits. I will keep my eyes out for even lower carb options but I am very likely to keep ordering as I have already done so.

Tastes great
I was looking for a low carb quality pasta that tastes good. I was skeptical to buy this brand but if a person from Italy @AmySchem recommends it, it must be good. I’m glad I gave it a try. From now on, it’s our favorite pasta

I can’t believe it’s not 100% semolina….
Credentials? I’m a 100% first generation Italian born of immigrants. Macaroni was we call it, is a staple in our diets. Generation’s old recipes have been passed down to me and I faithfully have carried on the traditions.Like many, “carbs” can wreak havoc on a variety of dynamics, from weight to glucose etc. I’m in excellent health for an almost 70 year old man. However, I watch my weight and sugar/carb intake. Macaroni (pasta) is a massive culprit. I’ve tried them all, from whole wheat to lentil to black bean to chick pea and beyond. All of them boring and tasting NOTHING like semolina. I’ll pass.I came across this from a social media post, clicked on it, read up on it, looked at the reviews (sorry folks, a 1 star rating because the bag was broken is hardly a review) and came to the conclusion that the majority were favorable with cogent comments. So I bought a box.Tonight I cooked them for the first time, adding them to a “spezzatino d’maiale”, essentially a slow, stove cooked pork stew with tomatoes, garlic, onion, bay leaves, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Once the stew was ready, I dumped the cooked noodles into the stew and prepared it “ala grecia”, cooked in the gravy/stew.The results were excellent. For the uninitiated, they might never know the difference in taste. For this Italian, slightly different taste, not bad, just different. I cooked them differently than the directions asked, preferring a slower, rolling boil until they were truly al dente. Perfect, about 5-6 minutes total.A bit pricey perhaps when compared to packaged noodles but worthy of the extra cost. I will NEVER go back to any of those substitutes. It’s either my homemade macaroni for family gatherings, good quality refrigerated pastas or Carba-Nada.One complaint? The packaging. 12 ounces is not enough for most recipes, 24 ounces is far too much. I’d like to see a 16 ounce, one pound package.

Best pasta ever!
I have used this pasta for years. It is so delicious you wouldnât guess that Itâs low carb.

It was pricey and I had to pay shipping because the product is not available in Canada. It was a delicious pasta without the starch. I am a WW member and live pasta and have been looking for a real pasta product and finally found this one.

I found this product online when I was in Florida three years ago and have been buying it ever cents. Unfortunately, buying it in Canada online is double the price, but still worth it. If you are a pesto lover you will not be disappointed. I have tried many other types of keto and low-carb pasta and did not like them. This is just like your typical egg noodles without the carbs.

I buy this to support a diabetic diet. Wish they were cheaper, and easier to afford. Good product. Have purchased it many times.

This was the best low carb pasta Iâve found . Can be cooked longer than indicated.Wish you could have other pastas such as penne noodles , lasagna noodles And elbow noodles. Will Have to rethink if Iâll order again as ,I was not impressed that even with my nearly $100.00 order I still had to pay a $12.00 shipping charge for the pasta.

Product is amazing but this price is almost double of what I pay at the Low-Carb store!!! Why charge so much??
