I am a middle-aged Bi-Racial woman who is unable to use a lot of the products on the market for dry hair because they are meant for a different hair type and my hair just doesn’t absorb them. That’s when I found this organic blend. I actually entered those same ingredients into the Amazon search bar and this is what came up. It’s funny how most high-end expensive products that promise to restore your hair, contain alcohol and other harsh ingredients. Not this product, it’s truly an Ancient Greek Remedy at an affordable cost. I rub it in my scalp and on my dry ends and it immediately moisturizes my hair not to mention does wonders for my skin (like silk). I’ve also used pure olive oil on my hair in the past but that was much greasier; this is oily but not too greasy and gives better results. I dye my hair a lot to cover the gray’s and I use the flat iron every day which causes my hair to feel like straw. Ladies, you know the little oil sample that is included with the hair dye to mix with the colorant and developer? I replaced that with a couple of drops of this blend and immediately saw a difference after I dyed my hair. Since using this blend, my hair is shiny and softer and appears and feels healthier looking (I swear my hair is growing too). The scent is a familiar smell, like something I’ve smelled in an Ayurvedic spa, really nice and holistic. I’m glad I found this product and it has now become a staple in my beauty care regimen. I only wish I found it sooner. I’ve included two photos. The first photo shows my damaged ends, and the second photo shows my hair looking a lot healthier. The second photo also shows my hair looking wavier. When I apply this to my hair before using a curling iron, I am able to add more volume to my hair because my hair cooperates, Lol. Being a man who is well into their senior years and who still works out intensely 6 days a week, I am always looking for anything to improve my mind, body and spirit. Since I noticed my skin had some dryness issues I decided to check out some skin products on line.Needless to say, there are tons of products with a wide range of prices claiming to improve old skin on line; however, this particular product (Ancient Greek Remedy oil: Organic blend of olive, lavender, almond and grapeseed oils with vitamin E. Day and night moisturizer for skin, dry hair, face, scalp, foot, cuticle and nail care, natural body oil for men and women) seemed interesting and at a fair price so I sent for it.As always the delivery service was super quick. I have begun using this product as soon as it arrived. It does moisturize my skin, using it on my arms, face, foot and scalp and it has a pleasant scent. It is important to keep in mind that since it contains olive oil and other kinds of healthy oils that it is a little greasy, but I did not find that much of an issue using it. Finally a great hair oil without the junk
Been looking for a hair oil to replace my ogx that is cruelty free as ogx is not. Also wanted something with less junk like polymers.I cam across this and liked most of the ingredients so figured i would try it.I have fine wavy hair that tangles easily. Never did i imagine after just a few days of use would it make my hair this nice and shiny. Even the texture of my waves look pretty. Also my nails and hands have become softer as a bonus. Using it in my scalp it also i have seen improvement with less dandruff.A little also goes a long way with this as well. So great value for the price. And for those intrested its made in the USA.I am not a fan of lavender scents but this one i am ok with. Its a sweet lavender scent that is only strong if you stick your nose in the bottle. It does go away after a few hours but leaves a pleasant smell in the hair.If you don’t care for lavender smell the company makes an unscented version with jojoba oil instead of lavender.Overall super happy with this product and would get it again and am already recommending it to friends and family.
