Not effective.
The company makes a ton of claims. Theyâve even gone as far as to hire multiple Internet personalities to promote it. My honest review is the product quality overall is cheaper than I expected. The performance is subpar to other brands Iâve tried. The comfort level is almost non existent and it doesnât stay in place. The size is a little small. And I noticed almost no difference in my sleep quality. 1 star, bad product.

Whoa-serious nose strip
These are a bit on the big side. If your face or nose is small, this might not work for you.The first time I applied it, I didnât get it exactly correct. It was a little high and the edges were sticking to my bottom eyelids. I took it off and tried again.The adhesive was strong but didnât rip off my skin like it felt it might. I tried to apply another strip correctly this time. Success!Iâm convinced the amount of air coming through my nose mustâve affected the barometric pressure!Wonât stick well unless your skin is oil free.When I prepare to apply them, I take off the backing and bend in half. Then I slowly apply to the bridge of my nose. Half the time, I donât get it quite right but I leave it. Sometimes itâs more on one side than another, sometimes itâs on my bottom eyelids, etc.When you get it applied right-itâs fantastic!I rub an alcohol wipe on my nose before I apply it at night.Itâs still STRONGLY stuck in the morning, but doesnât rip my skin off when I remove it-although it feels like it might.Next time Iâm trying normal nose strips to see if theyâre smaller.

Not the same as before.
As the title states these are no longer made the same. I’ve bought these 3 times since May. Each time I recieved a product that had easy peel adhesive and a strong stretch for the nostrils. To my surprise I saw them on sale at a significant discount. So I hopped on it. At $13 a pack I though I got a steal and purchased 3, 30 count bags. To my surprise, they didn’t arrive in the normal bag I’m used to. The well made, branded resealable pouch that had the small clear bag inside. Instead what i recieved came in cheap clear bags, right from the manufacturer. I didn’t think much of it at first, until I went to use the first one. I could tell the difference right away, it was much thinner. The white backing was harder to peel and once applied, nothing changed. The tape felt no more than a badage might. I got no relief compared to the one I used last night from my prior order. The design on the strip is also different, see through even, similar to athletic tape. Unfortunately due to the change and being unhelpful, I went to return/refund. To my dismay, that is not an option. Maybe it’s because it’s only hours after the delivery. However, if not returnable, I have 3 months worth of uneffecive strips. I’ll be switching brands as the unfortunate nature of a manufacturing change has made these void of their use. I really enjoyed these once I found them, I had instant relief and knew I’d always buy more. I hope they change their manufacturer back to the original.

Not good
I accidentally bought these instead of the mouth strips. I decided to try them since I love the mouth ones. These did not work at all for me. Would not stay stuck and came off even with multiple tries. Not returnable either!

Game Changer!!
Wow!!! These have seriously changed my life for sleeping! I had a pack and felt like I slept really well. I ran out and after two nights without them I truly realized what an impact it had on my quality of sleep, but also how I felt all day the next day. I get a stuffy nose and when I wear these, I can breathe clearly all night but also all the next day. I have given a couple to friends who were skeptical and they all have said how blown away they were with the changes! 1000% worth it! Just try them once and you will see how crazy good they are.
