Best gf yet
The twist and ribs provide more surface area. This makes it easier to cook to a desired texture ( not to hard not to soft ) and tastes great. Not sticking and didn’t fall apart. Superior product, will buy again.

Being vegan and gluten-free it is hard to find a good tasting macaroni. This makes a really good pasta salad and is a good substitute for someone to use if they are vegan gluten-free.

Barilla makes a trustworthy and affordable gluten free noddle alternative, with the elbows especially cooking up into one of the softer textures (donât cook the elbows as long as the Barilla penne or rotini or they will be overdone). Sometimes the corn-based pastas have a texture my children donât love, and the softness of these elbows helps to mitigate that. Definitely our childrenâs favorite GF choice from Barilla.We also love the texture of Banza chickpea pasta and the taste of Jovial for other GF pastas. Barilla is certainly the most affordable and accessible.

This pasta is one of the best gluten free pastas I’ve had. I cook it at the minimum time and remove it immediately from the water. Everyone on my family enjoys it.
