Cushion needs some help
The couch itself is a nice, soft, furry texture and looks like a cute little couch. It can unzip and you can wash the outside. The problem I found is that the removable cushion it comes with never fluffed up enough after taking it out of the vacuum packed bag. I left it for the time it says to let it fluff up. It barely did. I even put it in the dryer to try and see if that would help. It didn’t. There just isn’t enough fill in the cushion that goes inside the couch. I had to make my own fill out of old clothes and now it looks more like the picture. My dogs prefer fluffy beds, so I had to fix this or they won’t use it. Besides that, the arms of the couch and the back seem to be fluffy enough. You’ll just have to get the inside cushion more filling, unless it was just the one I got that didn’t have enough.
