I really do notice a difference in my skin, nail and hair when I take these. My hair seems a lot thicker when I take these regularly. If I stop taking them, I notice a lot more hair loss. My husband also takes these and feels they do support his joints, as well.

PURPLE BOTTLE WORTH THE EXTRA FEW $âs!!
I LOVE THESE! All you need to know is that they work and that they are worth it⦠But the main reason I got on here was to let everyone know that the blue bottle taste like complete crap! I donât know why maybe because of the fish it has in it, but it is worth your money to spend a couple more bucks and get this purple one! I promise you that blue bottle I literally would not even finish. It was so disgusting. It made me gag every single time I swallowed one of those capsules! Blue bottle was awful! This purple one has no taste at all, and I love it! Go buy it!

Great for hair and nails
I am a big skeptic regarding supplements. As Iâve aged, I noticed my hair thinning and my nails have always been brittle. I decided to try these out. Once they arrived, I was discouraged by the serving size. I thought 6 pills a day was too much. I decided to only take one serving (3/day) and didnât notice any difference at first. It took a few weeks, but my nails were stronger and hair seemed thicker. This was my second bottle purchase.

Good product – but the taste is ick!
So I needed to add collagen – these were highly recommended capsules. I take quite a few supplements and meds a day so Iâm accustomed to this stuff. These capsules taste awful. I can barely take 2 – I had to make so I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening and Iâm working up to taking 2 in the evening but Iâm honestly dreading it. I probably wonât purchase again because of this which is a bummer because they have everything I want in them – they just need a better quality capsule for taste – or even NO taste would be best!I unfortunately wouldnât recommend them because of this.

Great for vegans
I’m vegan, I noticed I need supplements for my joints. I finished one bottle it was effective but I didn’t realize because I’m using multivitamin mineral. I thought maybe doesn’t really work. After finishing the first bottle I didn’t order and doing my routine. Little by little I noticed when I’m working out or yoga my knees not ok and pain coming there. Last time when I was doing yoga I put pressure on my wrist and start aching. It was painful but bearable. I ordered the second bottle when I used the first dose after about 6 hours my wrist completely healed and my knees more stable. Yes, this is my experience with this product. There are something really useful in it that perfect for joints. I’m happy I didn’t break my vegan diet to use non vegan collagen. I recommend it for vegans.

Iâm in my fifties and I started getting mild pain when climbing the stairs. A friend told me to take collagen type II so when I saw this product with collagen type II, I thought I will give it a go. After taking it for a week I found out my joints pain is getting better. I will continue taking this product and hopefully can see more positive results. Thank you.

I was really looking for a great product to improve my skin because as you age, it loses the elasticity. Good thing this collagen is in a form of capsule. It is easier to swallow and there’s no after taste. I normally take one pill after meal in the morning and one in the evening together with my beet root supplement. I am on my one week now with this product and I can already see improvements on my skin, hair and nails. Surprisingly, my joints and muscle feel stronger when I run on my treadmill. By the way, Im already 48 years old .
