Seems to help
I’ve been having some knee pain lately and have tried a few different types of brace to help relieve the pain. This band seems to help some, though I don’t know if there are better implementations.Pretty simple approach, just a rubber band around the leg putting pressure on the patella. It isn’t a particularly strong band, but it does put enough pressure to be felt and make a difference. Comes as a 2 pack, so easy to keep one at home and one at work in case it is needed.Like I said, there may be better ones out there but this one does seem to help and I’m going to use it for a while and see how it does long term. So far so good.

Feels good after a while
When you first put it on itâs too tight and narrow, and you wonder if itâs going to cut off circulation even though itâs the right size. But this might not be a concern if you have smaller legs. If you have hairy knees, it will pull your hairs out, but as it settles into the groove of your knee, itâs less noticeable. As time goes on, (after 10 minutes or so) itâs pretty easy to ignore and stabilizes and comforts the patella. I wouldnât wear it all day or all night though. It works great for a workout, and even after removing it, my knee still feels better.

This was a very sturdy rubber band type band that was very easy to use and pull on to your leg. It helped with my knee problems and stayed on great in place.
