Uncomfortable and Not Returnable
*If you want to try this, Iâd highly recommend ordering it from the website directâ see notes at the end** I gave this an honest try, but after 5 nights of pretty high discomfort and taking it out in my sleep, I would not recommend this product. I realize it is a health product, but itâs ridiculous to charge someone $40 for a plastic device and then not allow them to return it because it hurts. Not only does it hurt my jaw (I got the small size) the plastic is rough on the edges and has left sores along my gums behind my bottom teeth. With the cost, youâd think theyâd be able to afford a more comfortable material, at the very least make the edges of the plastic more bearable. I ordered this from the companyâs website direct, and then I realized I could get it next day from Amazon so I ordered this one and immediately (within a minute) reached out to the website to cancel my order because I could get it in 1 day from Amazon and it took a week to get it from the website direct. I was emailed the following day with âapologiesâ that my email was missed and I was not able to cancel as my order was already set for shipping. I just got it in the mail and I was able to get a refund from the website- I didnât even open the shipping package. They wonât take it back, but refunded me so now I have another that I wonât use. I regret ordering it from Amazon. I wish it was more obvious on the ordering page that a product is not eligible for refunds. It took a couple more days to get it from the website, but it would have been worth it to ensure I could be refunded if it didnât work for me.

It Actually Works!!!
Sorry for the long reviewâ¦i just want to give ZQuiet the praise it deserves, since itâs Amazon ratings donât do it a whole lot of justice. If you donât want to read my review, fine. The title should be straightforward enough. âIt actually works!âTo be fair, I have struggled for a while to sleep with a mouth guard in (i have a super expensive, custom mouth guard made by my dentist after I had a tooth implantâ¦it is not made to be an anti-snoring deviceâ¦mainly just there to protect my tooth implant.) Even the custom, dentist-made mouth guard causes me so much tooth soreness and discomfort that i can hardly wear itâ¦plus it does absolutely nothing for my snoring issue (itâs not itâs main purpose anyhow). My wife has had to deal with my snoring for a few years now, and it just keeps getting worse. Especially worsens with weight gain, but thatâs a whole other issue that I am working on. With my snoring worsening, I really needed to find some sort of solution (especially for my wifeâs sake).I will admit, I was kind of skeptical that an anti-snore mouth guard would even help at all. I first saw ads about ZQuiet on Facebook. But I never fully trust ads I see there so I ignored it. Then I also noticed the brand here on Amazon. However, the reviews/stars for ZQuiet kind of threw me off. There were other anti-snore mouth guards at a similar price point that appeared to be rated much higher on Amazon. So I tried one of the other brands (simply due to higher Amazon stars/ratings). I use an app called SnoreLab to try and track my results.Searching out and testing another mouth guard it was a really tough adjustment. After giving the other brands a few weeks of testing, I concluded that it just didnât work for me (see screenshot of my results/journey). The other brands of snore guards made very little difference (check out my SnoreLab app results). So I searched for a different one. I kept seeing ZQuiet. I figured âwhy not?â. Even though the Amazon ratings arenât as high as others for some reason, I decided to give ZQuiet a try.On my first night with ZQuiet, I spit it out. In fact, when I woke up in the morning, I found the ZQuiet next to my pillow (I mustâve spit it out of my mouth at some point during the night). Then I checked the SnoreLab results. For the first half of the night, my snoring was actually minimized significantly. In fact, from my screenshot, you can clearly see at what point I spit it out. It took about a week for me to successfully be able to wear ZQuiet throughout the night. As with all mouth guards Iâve tried, my teeth usually feel sore in the morning. But ZQuiet makes it worth it. I have gotten used to it and my tooth soreness has been disappearing (be patient!).I have added a few screenshots so that you can all see my results. I have added notes to the screenshots as well to describe what you are seeing. ZQuiet totally deserves a higher rating! Although I still have a snoring problem, ZQuiet helps significantly temper my snoring loudness so that my wife can finally get a peaceful night of rest! At this price point I would highly recommend ZQuiet! Nice thing about Amazon is that if it doesnât work for you, just return it. What do you have to lose? (Gah, I sound like a freaking commercial haha)

This should be illigal!
$40+ for a piece of plastic that you’re not even allowed to return if it doesn’t work, AND they “advise” replacing it every 4 months… Wow, maybe I should consider entering this business.Almost every similar product barely manages to achieve more than 3 stars in reviews, and there’s a good reason for that. It simply DOESN’T WORK for everyone. This alone should prompt the company to reconsider their return policy. There are numerous different reasons why someone snores, and adjusting your jaw forward is NOT a universal solution as the video suggest. I’ve been trying various solutions for my snoring, and so far, nothing has proven effective. This has been yet another discouraging attempt. It’s exceptionally frustrating to discover that returns are not even an option, especially when there’s a “return” button available. However, upon clicking it, you realize it cannot be done. The piece itself fits snugly between my teeth and doesn’t cause discomfort to my gums, as some reviews suggest. However, apart from pushing my jaws forward (which is genuinely uncomfortable), it also keeps my mouth open. Perhaps with time, it might become less uncomfortable, but I’m not willing to give it that chance. I understand that it may take some time to get used to it. The instructions themselves advise patience. However, literally 30 seconds after lying down in bed, my throat relaxes, and I start snoring, EXACTLY as if I didn’t have anything in my mouth, but now with the added discomfort of the piece. It’s been a significant waste of time and money.
