Great lo carb option!
The noodles have no strong taste of their own, and so absorb the flavor of whatever you put on them. I recommend rinsing, then draining well, then heating in the microwave for two minutes – drain again, so your sauce doesnât get watery

I totally use this product. It has no smell when you open the package. I rinse under cold water and then place them in a dry non-stick frying pan to reduce some moisture. They are exceptionally low calorie and easy to incorporate into a recipe of your choice. My favorite is with any kind of tomato sauce. Delicious!

Huz and I on a keto lifestyle. These noodles are just what we needed to fulfill our lack of pasta fix. Meaning, adding to meat sauce or shrimp scampi is perfect. Angel hair is my fave and we have tried the fettuccine which is also great !

The sauces are tasty!
If you have had shirataki noodles before, then you know what these will be. — They are basically tummy filler with no real nutritive substance, and they taste like nothing unless seasoned well. These noodles are easy to prepare (just rinse REALLY well and follow the directions) even at work with only access to a sink and a microwave. The tomato flavor packet was my favorite but all of the flavors are very good. I add a bit of protein (tuna or salmon packets) on days when I can’t get away from my desk for more than a few minutes.

When you subscribe, they jack up the price after a few deliveries – from 16.40 to 19.79.
I dislike subscribing and showing customer loyalty only to get a price hike of 25% after two months. I’ll just make my own. Not that hard. Fun to do and way cheaper.
