I never heard of black cocoa until I saw a cake recipe that required it.Normally I would use regular Extra Dark Hersheys cocoa because it gives a nice deep color and richer taste.Then I heard about Black Cocoa.Black cocoa is a TOTAL game changer. Cakes are deep in color and very rich in taste.It’s perfect for my Chocolate Espresso Biscotti ..I even add it to my chili.5 stars. The best.
