For 5 generations we have slowly dried and bronze-die cut our pasta using traditional recipes.
The ancient Morelli Pasta Factory was founded in 1860 and is a fifth-generation family business. We produce a vast range of specialties, using ancient craft techniques, free of both preservatives and coloring agents. The result is truly wholesome pasta, with a wonderfully rich flavor and full consistency.
What makes our products unique?
We reincorporate the wheat germ into the semolina of some of our pasta to give it a unique taste and a wonderful aroma.
What problem are we solving?
We specialize in classical regional pasta as well as more innovative flavored pasta. All of our raw ingredients are selected with care and use either Tuscan or Italian wheat to ensure the highest quality.
How do we create our pasta?
We use artisanal processes in which mixing is done slowly. The bronze dies used to cut the pasta give it a perfect consistency and the drying is done slow and low, for at least 36 hours.

I have purchased a lot of Italian past in the past two months. My first comment is that it is expensive when compared to the supermarket types of pasta. How, overall I am happy to say that this pasta and other types of Italian pasta I have bought on Amazon makes the supermarket pasta taste like glue. There is no comparison in either the taste or size to the Italian pasta. I will continue to purchase. I would rate pay the higher price for the excellance in flavor texture and taste

Great for gluten sensitive
I had to give up pasta years ago. The day after an American pasta meal, my joints would ache. My doctor suggested purchasing pasta from Italy and I tried the Morelli brand. I am sooo happy. I can eat pasta again! I can’t say enough good about Morelli. My husband is a self-managed type 1 diabetic. He tried the pasta as well and did not have the typical sugar spike (he measures his glucose constantly). This is a tasty and healthy choice for a pasta meal.
