Perfect weight fabric fits well under cycling helmet
I love the weight of this fabric. Heavy enough to be warm on cold days cycling in the winter, but not too bulky to fit under a bike helmet. This skull cap is perfect for rides between 26-40 degrees. Colder than 26 degrees? Forget it, Iâm staying inside. I thought the slits for sunglasses was a gimmick, but they work well. Allows you to wear sunglasses, but keeps the fabric close to your ears so air doesnât leak in. Nice feature that I never knew I needed.

Love the fact it’s close-fitting, but long enough to cover my ears and some of my neck in back. Totally LOVE the suits for the ends of your glasses. And it’s not too heavyweight, but still plenty warm enough for cold weather rides and my bike helmet fits well on top of it.

Larger than expected
This hat is one size fits most, which is usually perfect for me (woman who wears menâs L/XL sized hats like Columbia & UA) but this hat even surprised me with how roomy it is. Iâm not complaining too much because it means that I donât have to actually take off my glasses when using this hat and feed them through the little holes for comfort. It does itâs job great and I wear it when I go bikejoring with my dogs in colder weather (MI winters/early spring) and it does a great job. It tends to muffle my hearing a little bit, but I can still carry on a short conversation and typically hear most of what the other person is saying (not while riding). Itâs definitely a little on the dorky side when it comes to looks partially because of how loose fitting it is, and the fact that youâre now wearing a hat under a bike helmet, but when it comes to safety and warmth, both needs are satisfied.

EXCELLENT FIT FOR A LARGE HEAD
This is very well made. I have a large head for my body size and it results in many challenges to find a head covering that works as normally, they just don’t. I was surprised and delighted that this did,and vey well. I am fortunate to live in the San Diego area with a benign climate for bicycling, but it still gets into the 40’s and the ears can get pretty cold on rides. This solved the problem. It is warm enough but also is thin enough to fit under my Sena bike helmet. Function is always more important than form, but I think it looks good too. Very satisfied.

Very loose fitting
I was hoping for something a bit more snug, itâs overly loose but it fits a bit floppy. Iâll be wearing under a hard hat, it shifts a bit causing the hard hard to move around a bit as well. Going thru other reviews, it appears some people get a way better fit than i didUPDATE: I purchased another one, and this fits like a glove. Definitely much better. If you have a loose fitting one, try getting an exchange. It seems like the QA/QC isnât perfect but Iâm so glad I tried again. When it fits snug, it doesnât slide around and it traps heat inside. Much better than squeezing a beanie underneath

Good fitting warm cap
Just right for 32-60*F riding. Evaporated sweat nicely when temps got upwards of 50*F and was comfortable throughout my cycling route.

Great warmer
Many attempts on a similar product with moderate results. Performance is as you should expect. Material is light, thin enough and warm enough. The glasses holes are perfect to avoid that discomfort that builds up from sliding your glasses beneath a hat in front of your ears.SOME complaints I read are that the item is a bit large. this is all relative. I generally have problems with OSFA hats being a bit smaller than I would prefer. I wear a L/XL – XL in New Era, and this fits me perfectly. Not too big, not too small. Love it.
