Better than expected
This has worked really well for me. I was concerned how well the two pieces would grip and stay in place on my shirt, but had no problems. It holds tightly to the shirts I wear to bed.I have found that the position on my back is important. Mid back is perfect; if I have it too high I can somehow avoid it and still roll mostly onto my back. When positioned properly it keeps me on my side all night and getting much better sleep.

Painful
I thought it would merely be uncomfortable when I rolled over. It was painful. It woke me up, every time. If you don’t mind waking up 8 to 10 times a night, this might be for you.

Lightweight but solid, and works
This product is lighter than the magnetic balls that are available, and its circular clamp actually works pretty well on clothing. (In fact, I think its grip on clothing is much better than the magnetic balls. The grip is firmer.)When wearing this product, I find that I do not sleep on my back, and this lessens or eliminates my sleep apnea. For hard-core battlers of apnea, I recommend sleeping on the hard plastic frame side of the ball, and not the firm side. That way, when you roll over onto your back, the hard plastic digs into your back a bit, and you know not to stay in that position, lol!

uncomfortable at first but can get used to it.
it is really uncomfortable at first since i am used to sleep on my back shirtless. But after using it over 2 months, I got used to wearing shirts and have this ball on my back. Now it is no longer uncomfortable for me. It just takes time but really innovative tool to help sleep sideways.

Works
Easy to add to tee shirt. Definitely kept me off my back. Takes time to get used to it.

ð Lucky Reviews: Calma Clip by Whole Nights
The Calma Clip by Whole Nights is a promising solution for side sleepers seeking relief from back snoring. This anti-snoring device effectively promotes a healthy sleeping position by attaching to any clothes. While it works well, it’s worth noting that it obviously isnât suitable for those who don’t wear t-shirts to bed, which may limit its applicability for some users.ð Lucky Review: âï¸âï¸âï¸

I havenât slept on my back since I got this tool.
While turning from side to side this can disturb my sleep momentarily as it requires me to lift my chest if I want to roll from side to side on my back. As a result Iâve noticed I have started to stomach roll or stomach sleep instead.Daily installation is a little awkward to get used to but this tool stays attached to my shirt. The inner side is a foam material that does not irritate my skin. The outter side is a hard plastic that opens with a tripod grip and locks onto the inner side through the material of your shirt with slight pressure.Iâve used mine on both lighter cotton and heavier sweatshirt material.

Fell apart before use
This is a piece of crap!!!!! No return address, completely fell apart when trying to to attach it to t- shirt. My husband is an aircraft engineer, and he can’t put it back together!

I have snored badly for years and after I bought an app called Snore Lab which records the noise I make, I discovered I also suffer from sleep apnea. I worked out with the help of the app that sleeping with my mouth open and on my back were the main problems. The mouth problem was easily solved with surgical tape but I struggled to stop moving onto my back while asleep so the snoring continued. I had often read that taping a tennis ball to your back was helpful but it didnât seem practical and I found that if went to sleep on my side with a bolster behind my back I would somehow move it in my sleep. Then I saw this device and thought it was worth a try. The ball is well designed and easy to fasten to your shirt (it doesnât use magnets as one advert said) and it takes a bit of getting used to. I also found that if your shirt is very loose, during sleep you still find a way to get comfy on your back, so a t-shirt is best. The result has amazed me. The app recordings show that although I still have some periods of snoring, they are a quarter of what they were before, and the sleep apnea events are very short and infrequent. I thought the snore ball was a bit expensive but itâs well made and, most importantly, it works.

The ball is very light and clips well to the pyjamas. It is very useful because if I sleep on my back, I will have sleep apnea. I got used to the ball after two nights and can sleep very well through the nights, waking up feeling refresh all day.
