Good material, soft and comfortable, a little bit awkward at first but equals out. It heats up in like 30 seconds. Thereâs temps 1-6, 1 is my favorite, all of them work well, maybe a little bit too well as it gets VERY HOT. Comfortable to lay on if you have lower back pains too. Would definitely recommend, the price is worth it.I wish it had a car outlet but nothing can be that perfect

I am very pleased with this neck & shoulder heating unit. I had no idea I needed this so badly! At first I had issues with the male to female power staying together, but I was able to fix the loose connection and have not had it come apart since.The heat levels and timer options make it easy to use and feel safe with since it will automatically turn off once the time has lapsed (I often turn it back on). This is a fantastic way to loosen up the back and neck muscles and helps tremendously ease my muscle spasms.This is a great, non-medical tool you can use to help relax the neck and shoulder muscles.

This is so soft and it fits well and heats up surprisingly fast. My only issue is that it isnt really weighted. I thought it would lay more like a weighted blanket, forming itself against my skin. Instead, there is piping around the edges so itâs too firm to mold to my shape, and the piping isnât heavy enough to pull it down.
