If youâre on a Low FODMAP diet beware! These contain chicory root extract (inulin) which is not your friend if you have IBS. I was really sad to see that because they tasted so good. I had the throw them out.

Ordered these on 22 November 2023, delivered on 4 December 2023, with a best before date of 7 January 2024. No warnings on the listing, of course.Not sure if these will smell bad by then, but they sure smell of a scam to me.

The two boxes of cereal bars were packed into a plastic bag with absolutely no protection, so the boxes and contents were smashed during delivery. The expiry date of 3rd December is also very short. Learning point – do not order food items online.
