Great feel with medium compression
My shoe size is between 9.5 and 10.0 so I opted for XL 15-20 mmhg, but I found them to be too loose so I returned them. I ordered the L instead with 20-30 mmhgs and the socks fit great. Material feels softer than others Iâve purchased in the past and has medium compression, exactly what I was looking for.

Perfect for my needs
This sock fits very well and is perfect for my injured ankle. It provides enough compression whilestill fitting well. Love the color grey….works with jeans as well as dress pants and does not feeluncomfortable in any shoes.

Check inside the sleeve for which foot it goes on.
I loved how it took the swelling down in my feet over night. The compression is strong enough to medically do what it’s suppose to. It’s a little bit of a chore to stretch on but that is to be expected in a good compression sock. The material is surprisingly strong for as thin as it is, but the thinness is what makes it so comfortable to wear. I love the fact that it does not cover the toes, I couldn’t believe how great it felt to not have the toes all squashed together like in my regular socks. These compression sleeves are everything I was looking for and then some. I love them so much that I am ordering more from this brand and will probably try the ones for my legs next. So why did I not give them the 5 stars that they deserve? Well after wearing them and taking them off I discovered the printing for which sleeve goes on which foot for proper arch support. My package contained sleeves for 2 left feet. ( guess I got the package for the clumsy guy ) haha. So I’m sending them back and requesting a replacement. You can bet I’ll check inside the sleeves this time around.

Comfort & easy care
These socks are extremely comfortable. They are snug & give good support but I almost forget I have them on. The fabric is very lightweight & I was concerned about how they would hold, but I have laundered them a few times and they wash up great. I highly recommend this product!

I think the “L” you see is for the size “large”, not for “left”
I first thought, like a lot of you, that the “L” next to the word “top” meant left, too. I was getting ready to contact the seller to let them know I got two lefts, but then I remembered the size I bought is large. I’m sure that’s what it means. I bet medium has an “M”.These sleeves work great! It’s helped the swelling in my feet to go away, and they’re so comfortable that I sometimes forget I have them on.

Very comfortable and do their job perfectly
Recently, l’ve been experiencing discomfort in my feet during workouts. My doctor recommended buying compression sleeves. l chose Kemford and haven’t regretted it. They hold my feet well. The quality is great. I liked that the manufacturers carefully indicated where the top and bottom are. Otherwise, I could have mixed them up. So far, I haven’t noticed any downsides. Now I can confidently do my favorite home workouts.

Comfortable but Too Short
I don’t generally wear knee-high socks, preferring the comfort of anklets, so when I needed compression socks, this was my first choice. They are very comfortable and I got used to them quite quickly. I hate wearing socks around the house, but having the open-toe option was perfect. The only issue I had was with the shortness of the ankle section. If you have significant swelling in your feet that extends to your ankles, it’s best to get knee-high compression socks. My swelling was excessive, and eventually, the top of the sock cut into my circulation and cut into the skin. These are perfect for minimal swelling only, not excessive edema.

Size chart gives perfect fitâ¦
Just got these an hour ago, one day early!Had surgery 2 weeks ago for bone spurs top and bottom of my foot⦠lots of swelling, so compression sock was recommended. I measured according to the size chart and these are a perfect fit. Easy to slide on and soooo comfortable! My foot feels well supported and Iâm sure the swelling will diminish. The best part is, thereâs 2 in the package so great for changing. For reference, my measurement was 12â, so I bought size large. Very true sizing to the measurements. Thanks Amazon!
