Perfect Puzzle to Keep My Dog Engaged and Happy!
This dog treat puzzle is amazing! My pup absolutely loves it and it keeps him occupied for quite a while. It’s sturdy, well-made, and the challenge is just rightâhe has to think but doesnât get frustrated. I also love that it doubles as a slow feeder, helping him eat more slowly and avoid bloating. If you have a smart dog who needs mental stimulation, this puzzle is a must-have! Highly recommend for keeping your furry friend entertained and out of trouble.

Outward Hound never fails!
I have never disliked an Outward Hound product! Whenever I see them on sale, I snag as many as possible!! I recently rescued a 1 year old Belgian Malinois from a severe dog hoarding, abuse and neglect situation and I needed to purchase a few items for her to feel comfortable in her new home including a couple of slow feeders to provide enrichment throughout the day to help her decompress! This is one of the few Outward Hound products I hadnât purchased yet! This slow feeder is great for pups that are high energy to help satisfy their minds and rest easy. There are so many possibilities for making it fun! I personally enjoy filling with their kibble (and sometimes extras like Plain Greek Yogurt, Blueberries, Supplements, etc.) and water to freeze so it lasts longer. Itâs great to set down for them as their breakfast to start the day or dinner to settle down in the evening! You can add liquids and solids which makes it easy to use for whatever you choose to put in it! I never doubt the durability of Outward Hound products. They are made to last for our canine companions! Not to mention it is so much cheaper on Amazon, they have it priced at over $30 at some pet stores!!!

I have a chow hound – aka Labrador found all food in less than 30 seconds
the puzzle itself is very sturdy. It withstands my giant puppy’s claws and brute force. He doesn’t always use his nose…. I load it up every morning while he eats breakfast and when he comes back inside this is his first stop. Though not very challenging, he enjoys playing with the puzzle and loves eating the kibble inside.

My 2 year old MGD loves her new treat dispenser!! It keeps her entertained for awhile getting the treats or her kibble out to eat…if you have a fur baby he/she will love this treat dispenser…Nicely designed and easy to wash and put back together…I have arthritis and if I can do it anyone can…Hope everyone has a pleasant day…

One dog loves it! Pretty easy to rinse clean, a bit hard to separate the layers imho. Sturdy, fun
I rinse it clean without taking it apart, using the wide spray on the kitchen sink, because I find it difficult to take apart and put back together without making a mess. The fastener clip is small and hard to manipulate. However it rinses off pretty easily, you just have to spin each layer. (Use the gentle or wide spray to avoid water going everywhere. It easily holds about one 13oz can of dogfood. It takes about half a can to fill it enough to make it worth the dog’s time imho. My 23lb corgi mix loves it. She can focuses on getting every lick out of every layer, and keeps her busy a while. It has helped her tremendously slow down on her meals and also provides enrichment and entertainment. 13 lb chihuahua mix is less thorough, he grabs what he can easily get, and cries for a refill! 10lb rescue chihuahua mix did not understand it at all and is much more toy motivated than food motivated, but he is a picky eater and did not need slowing down. So, for the purpose intended, slow down my vacuum-corgi mix dog, it’s worked fantastic, and she also enjoys playing with it. Good for a dog who likes a challenge, or eats way too fast. I love that it doesn’t tip over, she hasn’t flipped it over yet with daily use. I’ve used it with both small dry kibble and wet food, works fine with both. It’s easy to smear canned food onto it even if you don’t take the layers apart. Doesn’t need to be perfect, she’s happy, I’m happy

Solid start, but a little too easy
Obligatory disclosure that I did purchase this for my cat (kitten, technically), not dog. It took a little bit of demonstration for him to figure it out, but I almost feel like there’s not enough actual puzzle involved. It’s a very straight forward removal process. I’m not very familiar with “levels” when it comes to dog puzzles, but I think “intermediate” might be a bit strong of a word to use. Overall though it WAS enriching and if nothing else provided him some entertainment. Might use it like a slow feeder for kibble in the future.

13 wk old puppy like this a lot
We got an Aussie puppy and bought tons of puzzle feeders and toys to keep him stimulated.I actually planned to fill this one with baby food and water/frozen fruit, then freeze and let him work on for, hopefully, a whole, but so far weâve just put treats and food in it and he likes it.Itâs not too complicated, he easily spins the levels, but it also keeps him occupied for a bit. He also chews on it since heâs teething, and itâs holding up so far.

My high energy dog loves it!
This thing is so durable. I pull it apart and put it in the dishwasher almost every night. My dog loves it! At first I was worried she figured out how to eat too quickly in it but I put a combination of wet and dry food in there and she seems to enjoy the process of watching me make her dinner and then eating it out of the puzzle feeder.I also love the fact that she is happy and distracted for a good 10 or so minutes while she eats her dinner which gives me a breather.

This puzzle toy is a great way to entertain your dog. After initially being afraid of the noise and movement, my 11 year old Chihuahua now loves it and checks it throughout the day for more food. I spent some time during the first few days to introduce her to the mechanics of the puzzle and slowly increased the difficulty over several weeks. Here are the different levels I used:1. Kibble in the hole with the knob covering2. Kibble in the hole with the fin covering3. Kibble in the hole, covered by the fin, and the knob pushed against it4. Kibble in the knob so she has to slide it to the hole and back5. Kibble in the knob and the fin covering the holeShe has it mastered now (about 3 weeks total) but I believe she still enjoys the activity of hunting for her food. She’s learned to use her nose and paws together (she really only used her nose before) and has gained confidence not only with the toy but with new situations she encounters (getting around obstacles, for instance). The toy itself is well made and easy to clean. The pieces seem sturdy but my dog is not a chewer so I can’t speak to that. I have already bought two more products from the same line and am equally as pleased.

Kept the neurons in my puppy’s brain sparking. Anything that slows his eating down is great in my books.

It has held up without scratches to my puppy frantically pawing at the pieces. She figured out another puzzle I had bought so vet recommended this one. It is easy to fill and easy to wash. Iâd recommend itIt is 3 months later and the puzzle gets stuck. Then she just rips it apart. So if you only need it for a few months it was good while she was a wild puppy, but now frustrates her because they donât slide properly
