Great for hard-to-reach areas
I have a Shih Tzu. His hair gets very long and mats easily. He is very low to the ground, and it doesn’t take much for him to get dirty. I like this groomer because it is small, and you can hold it firmly. He will sometimes jerk his head while I am grooming. I feel safer getting close to his eyes and his ears and between the pads on his paws. The noise this clipper emits is low and it doesn’t frighten him as much. It doesn’t take very long to charge, and it holds the charge long enough for me to groom him more than once.

Great clipper for getting pets used to grooming
I really like the convenience of having a rechargeable pet hair clipper without a cord constantly getting in the way. It comes in a nice little compact kit with a storage bag to keep everything together. There are several choices in cutting depth.I have a 3mo old Cavapoo who needed her first trimming. These clippers are not super fancy or designed for heavy duty use, but it worked well for her first trimming. It was much quieter than standard clippers. The quiet vibrations barely got her attention. Did not scare her at all. The clipper is a bit smaller than I expected, but it has a nice ergonomic handle making it easy to handle and maneuver. The size makes it handy for clipping more sensitive areas, such as around the privates and face. I also like that it is waterproof so it can be rinsed off in the sink. As she gets older (and bigger), I plan to get a more powerful trimmer for most her body work. But this trimmer will still be handy in smaller harder to cut areas.Overall, I consider this a great value for the price of about $20.

Perfect for my dog who is scared of grooming
I had just about given up hope of ever finding anything to get the mats of our our long haired German Shepherd. She has a phobia about being groomed at the groomers. We have tried it several times, with various groomers – she actually got “kicked out” of a groomer when she was about 9 months old….soaking wet (and no she was not biting), who does that? But anyway, she is now 3 years old, and we are finally able to give her a really good bath at home, but still struggle with her hair. We live in the country and have burrs, stickers and pitch, so it adds to the problem. We have tried everything – but I saw these clippers and read that the noise was low and they were waterproof so I thought it couldn’t hurt to try them. I was surprised how small they were when I first got them and took them out of the box. I started with them letting her smell them and look at them. They I started slowly brushing her with them, without turning it on. Then I turned it on and let her smell the clippers. The next step was to put the clippers on her while they were turned on without cutting. So far so good. Our next step is actually cutting some small areas that are matted on her – we haven’t done that just yet, but we are going to try that this weekend. She has never let any clippers get close to her, so I feel good about how far I have gotten. Even if the clippers only cut some of the matted areas out of her fur, that will be much better than trying to use the scissors all of the time. I am going to give them a two thumb up since we have been able to get this far. If she actually let’s us clip her I will post back and tell you how they actually worked. They comes with oil, a brush, two attachments, a USB cord and a little bag to keep them in. They charge fairly quickly. So far I am happy with them.

Good for paws
It is smaller than I had expected, though I k ow they are meant to be mini. The attachment combs are easy to put on but it really just didnât have the power I was looking for for my Shih Tzu, it barely trimmed down any of his body fur. I only really found a use for it for small bits like his paws and tummy without the combs

Small but easy to grip
The saga of accessorizing the granddog continues. Our daughter’s tribe recently adopted a wee puppy and wanted to try these clippers. Here’s what she had to say about her experience:These clippers are small and come with plenty of accessories, making them perfect for our miniature schnauzer during grooming sessions. Our puppy doesnât seem startled by the noise, which is a relief! I think theyâll work well for our needs, though Iâm not certain about their long-term durability; Iâll update if any issues arise. The compact design makes them easy to hold while managing the dog, and they fit nicely into smaller spaces. So far, battery life (rechargeable USB-C) seems sufficient for our needs, but our dog is small (4lbs) and this is only for upkeep grooming.*NOTE* My reviews do not and will not contain any AI generated content.

Small and quiet
My longhair dachshund needs constant grooming. I’ve tried using clippers on his coat before, but he’s frightened of them and won’t hold still. These little clippers are different though – they’re small enough to kind of hide in my hand, and they make much less noise than others. He will actually let me lay him on his back and give him a trim without trying to run away.Recommend.

I appreciate the efforts, but this is far too loud
I appreciate that they included a lot of accessories, a storage pouch, 2 guides, oil, a cleaning brush, a fine comb and a reasonablly thick user. This is small enough to be more comfortable to hold while trimming animals, but if your animal doesn’t like loud buzzing then this won’t work for you. It’s actually quieter for me to just use the “home hair trimming kit” I bought in the men’s hair section of the local “everything” store.
