works awesome for continuous glucose sensor
easily applied once you know how to do it and works like a charm. we tried the band aid looking sensor cover and they were LARGE and looked like a huge band aid. They were also painful to remove and after swimming they retained enough water it was hard for meter to read sensor. These are clear and unobtrusive. All you notice is the round quarter sized sensor. So far completely water proof with no issues with meter reading. Recommend for this application and probably for others as well.

These are fantastic for holding telfa pads over wounds
I had an avulsion injury (skin completely removed) that was ~ 1.5 x 3 cm. I used small telfa pads to cover it and used these films to stick them down and seal up the area. They worked fantastically to keep things clean and dry, and were easy to remove at the end of the night, and left zero residue. Highly recommended for this use.

Hard to put on without the adhesive sticking to itself. After about 10 tries, I was better at it. Also, one of the bandages came loose while I was in the water. Overall though, they work ok and it’s a good value.

Useless – easy removal is not a compliment
I have purchased these before and they worked great. Unfortunately, with my recent purchase, they are useless. Peeling off immediately. Normally, I have been able to wear these for a week at a time. Showers, exercise, sauna and they were fine. Even a bath. Now they are peeling off without a shower and in less than 24 hours, in cool weather (see picture).I use these over my Climara estrogen patches which I need to wear for a week at a time. After a few days they were getting a sticky ring of adhesive around the edges which was bad enough to leave sticky marks on my clothing, ruining several items (seriously, Bayer, you got enough $ and R&D to fix this).I read in a forum that these were the solution. Usually used to keep tattoos or wounds dry after surgery etc. They were the perfect solution, but not anymore. I’ll have to look for another brand/seller.Another bit of unfortunateness, I ordered these quick a bit prior to running out of the other batch (6 weeks) and by the time I used them it was too late to return. My seller was ARlisasingmag. Not sure how to contact them, but I’ll try. I am wondering if either the manufacturing process changed (many items have had this problem due to supply/logistics issues around covid-19) or if the current inventory has been sitting in a warehouse without climate control for too long. Either way, look elsewhere.

These do/did exactly what I needed them to do – seal area around a wound so getting in water would not get it wet & expose to any bacteria. It sticks well to skin, is very sheer but yet thick enough to work efficiently.

Does what it’s supposed to
I’ve been using this product with a wound vac for a post surgical wound. It works great. Sometimes the vac drape gets a leak and I can cut this to size and patch the leak easily myself. So handy.

It will hold anything in place
I have to use patches on this is the only thing that will hold them in place and I can to my workout and it is still there.
