Fresh Quail eggs
New Years eve 2019 we started our journey with our little homestead raising quail. 12 initial hatching eggs from a top 10 breeder here in the US were set, and 19 days later the first 10 quail babies hatched.
Fast forward to 2023 we have many happy customers across the nation, and we nearly perfected the art to ship our eggs that they even survive the toughest treatment by the post office. 90% of our shipping materials are recyclable.

Not getting this product again
Not happy at all with these eggs! Out of 12 only 2 hatched. That is not a good hatch rate. I took time to open the eggs and some were only partly developed and some were just not fertile. I did get two healthy ones. But wonât buy from this one again. Good luck though to anyone else that do!

Personally we had a great experience
The eggs arrived intact and they were all fertilized. I had 4 that I couldnât see inside of them. 2 of them I accidentally cracked trying to see inside. They were alive⦠I just started lockdown and havenât wanted to mess with the other two that were hard to see. So now Iâll just wait and discover if they were viable that way. Up until day 15 all chicks on the 8 eggs I was able to see inside of are alive. Iâm hoping they make it through lockdown. Will update.Update 4/1/24 6 hatched 3 died during zipping and 1 is still working on absorbing his yolk. I would say the 3 that passed during zipping were probably my fault. One seemed to have drown. The other went the wrong way and didnât make it and there was one that was wiggling and pipping it looks like he drowned in his blood⦠not sure why. Sad but happy with the ones I have left â¤ï¸ updated a week and a half after hatching ð 7 lived for a week only one has passed so I have 6 babies left. And theyâre a week and a half weeks old.

Unsuccessful Hatches with 3 Dozen
Our first dozen yielded 6 hatchlings of which only 3 survived, all males. Our next dozen yielded no hatchlings. After reaching out to the company, they offered to send us an extra dozen with the purchase of one. We went ahead and once again had no successful hatchlings. We found a local farm that sold us 4 hens for about $12 each. We wonât be mail ordering any more. Very disappointing.

Low hatch rate.
I have had 2 hatch so far, its day 17. I didn’t expect any to hatch. So this is an update to my original review My first go around resulted in 5 out of the 12 eggs hatching. I reordered another set of eggs. Those are in the picture and will be put in the incubator tomorrow. However, one egg was broken in shipment. The seller has a disclaimer that all broken eggs are a result of post office. So to be fair didn’t contact either one seems like a bigger hassle than it’s worth. I would point out that the seller uses rubber band to secure the egg carton and that’s about where rubber would put pressure on the egg. We’ll see how this second batches goes. If I still get a 1/3 of a hatch rate again I’ll know it the supplier sending bad eggs. Also this second batch has speckled eggs and solid blue. The blue eggs are smaller. Hopefully their same breed as ordered.

3 out of 12 hatched
Put in the incubator right after the package arrived, for 18 days, I was ensure it had enough humidity and correct temperature, only 3 hatched, the rest weren’t growing at all( still had york and white)

Only 1 egg cracked on delivery but not 1 hatched
Only 1 egg was cracked in delivery but not one of the eggs hatched. I have experience incubating eggs and this is the first time I have had a zero hatch rate
