Improves Level of Sleep
I have struggled with staying asleep for many years. I have spent countless dollars on “promises” and “guaranteed” sleep remedies that just didn’t work for me. I can generally go to sleep without any problem, yet I wake up every 1-2 hours, have difficulty going back to sleep, and I’m tired and listless the next morning and throughout the day. I recently started taking the 12-in-1 Melatonin Capsules, with the hope that it would provide me with some solid sleep. I have to report that I still wake up several times each night, yet I am generally able to go right back to sleep within just a few minutes. The combination of natural ingredients seems to work better than anything else I have tried, so I actually have now reordered this product and am satisfied with its performance. It also is a 45 day supply in each bottle, instead of the typical 30 day supply, so you get more for your money in each bottle. If you are having difficulty waking up during the night and falling back to sleep, this product may work for you too. I recommend it.

I’ve tried several other sleep aids without a lot of luck. One of them was the product that we see advertised on TV by the ex governor. That was the last one that I tried about 2 years ago. I saw this one and I decided to try it. Have taken it for the past few nights and I have to say this one works. I’ve been sleeping much better, waking up less (unless its for the bathroom), and feeling good in the morning after I wake up. I’m going to keep using it for a few more weeks and if it continues to work for me I will be purchasing it again. For now I will be giving it 5 stars.

I’ve taken several types of sleep aids – didn’t like them. They affected the quality of my sleep – and not in a good way. I’ve used this one several times. I think it works. I take a 1/2 dose and I don’t take it every night, so that might affect its usefulness. But at least I get a natural feeling night of sleep.Edit:Some time later: they work for me. I take 2, according to directions (I am cautious when trying new-to-me supplements) and I go to sleep. How long does it take? I don’t know. Longer than I want, less time than with no supplement. I don’t take them every night. But I’m pleased.

Hard to find a formula with Valerian that doesn’t smell or taste bad….This one is great….no smell or taste…has a good mixture of ingredients….not too expensive either BUT….it doesn’t work as well as I thought it would…actually seems to keep me from sleeping soundingly…..

Like many reviewers I have tried countless sleep aids over the years. Some work for a while then body builds up a tolerance. I was drawn to this one based on the reviews and the combination of multiple well known sleep supplements combined. I have used for 5 nights in a row. I fall asleep quickly and while I still wake up once or twice during the night, I am sleeping soundly and can typically fall right back to sleep. Am hoping with continued use can maybe have an occasional night where I sleep straight through, but am pleased so far with the results.
