Super Green pasta is a collection of nutritious, very tasty pastas that are made with spinach, kale, broccoli, parsley, and zucchini. They used to be widely available; this vendor has some of the only remaining stock.

We absolutely love this Ronzoni SuperGreens spaghetti! We have experimented with just about all of the alternative types available (whole wheat and other grains, and plant based flours), and most are less than satisfactory, either they remain stiff and âchalkyâ, or fall apart, or have other strange consistency or taste. But this one cooks up beautifully (can get it Al dente, or soft, however you like it), flavor is really good, and it goes so well in any dish (color even appeals with marinara, Alfredo, any sauce). Our only problem has been that it has disappeared from our stores – so glad I can get it from Amazon, 6 boxes at a time!

We bought this pasta because it was not made of flour. I was a little skeptical about how it would turn out ? Mushy or flavorless. It was wonderful. We liked it so much that we bought another 6 boxes. Love that it’s made from veggies.

Nice twist on, and flavor to, spaghetti and much more nutritious. A great pairing with alfredo sauce and Italian sausage. Be forewarned, purchasing this is a little expensive through Amazon and there is a 50/50 chance of receiving the product without the packaging being battered, bruised and pasta intact inside the box. I am not pleased with the condition in which my purchased arrived and neither will you be if similar to mine; after all, spaghetti broken into bits is near impossible to roll on a fork or suck from lip to lip!

I bought these years ago at a local grocery store. I toss the cooked noodles with a lite ceasar dressing and freshly grated Parmesan. My kids absolutely love it and itâs easy to make.
