I admit I am surprised that keeping my fresh vegetables and other foods in these bags rather than leaving them open or storing them in containers has helped keep them fresher and maintain their flavor much longer than I anticipated. It works, and I like that they’re washable. Just throw them in the machine and air or tumble dry.
