IF (repeat IF) you measure your leg and ankle, the product FITS.
This is my second pair of compression sleeves. The first pair was way too tight AND I did measure my leg and ankle as suggested. This pair of compression sleeves fits!!!!! NOTE: IF you leg is not exactly the same size as the three places measured on your leg, I found that the LENGTH of the leg is the most important measurement. IF the compression sleeve is too long, it will bunch up around the ankle and look weird. Also I did some research on “how to choose compression stockings or sleeves”. This is what I found out: 1) one size fits all actually does not fit anyone. 2) most people find that the medical grade 20-30 mmHg (the kind used after an operation) is uncomfortable; the medical grade 15-20 mmHg is comfortable enough for every day wear. 3) There is no 15-25 mmHg medical grade stocking or sleeve = one manufacturer on Amazon advertises a product with this grade.

Theyâre great for the price
They are great for the price. And for wearing if you want to wear flip-flops. The zipper is a little tricky and can get caught on the interfacing. But itâs easily undone.

Works perfectly
I will continue to purchase. Very easy to put on and help with my swelling.

Comfortable
I like these shin compression sleeves with zipper because sometimes I want to wear regular socks, & with these sleeves my legs still get the compression needed.

Easy to zip
I measured but these actually feel loose and not as supportive as I wanted. They are fine because I have a rotator cuff tear. Easy to put on.

Well made, supportive, smooth zipper
The Ziperior 15-20 mmHg Compression Shin Calf No Foot Inside Leg Zipper Sleeves provide a perfect amount of support and compression to help reduce swelling for me. I found the sizing to be accurate by following the manufacturer chart, and appreciate that they do include plus sizes. The compression sleeves are easy to get on thanks to the zipper, which operates smoothly. There is also a protective strip of fabric that lies between the zipper and my skin, which helps prevent me from pinching myself. These.sleeves improve circulation in my legs, and that reduces swelling. I also like that these do not cover my feet, which makes them more comfortable and easier to wear for longer periods.

Order a size smaller
These are great except I ordered them too big so they did not offer the compression as it should, but the stockings are good.
