No customer service and lies –
Flimsy flame adjuster
It took me around 15 minutes of trying to get the lighter to work, using the little tool they included to adjust the gas/flame. The tool is a bit too small but you can get the plastic piece to turn, except it doesn’t turn the actual gas adjuster.What I had to end up doing is taking a small blade and turned the metal pin inside the plastic piece which actually did adjust the flame.Otherwise, it looks nice. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price tag though. At $11 a piece, I’d have felt better paying $6-$8 for what I got. Build quality is okay, not premium, and I can see with regular use a few parts that will wear down or break. There’s a thin piece of plastic the pipe rests on when folded up, the screws they pivot on are slightly lopsided and the ignitor worked about 80% of the time.Flame goes from flamethrower to barely visible ball of blue fire depending on adjustment, if you can manage to adjust it. Adjustor is extremely sensitive as well.
