it was easy and fast to setup to fit my mouth. I enjoy using it at night to guard my teeth against grinding. Relaxed fit, comfortable in mouth. Dont even know Im wearing it at night.

I give this mouth guard a mixed review. For its function as a mouthguard, 3.5 stars. It’s reasonably comfortable and you could get used to it as a sleep mouthguard. It’s very straightforward to heat it and then mold it, but you should only put it in hot water for 10 seconds, not the 10-20 listed in the directions. I put the first one in the hot water for 20 seconds and it came out a loose floppy sticky mess of plastic and was useless. The second one I put in the hot water for 10 seconds which was about right, but then when I put it in the ice water as the last step, one side of it somehow got folded over on itself, and when I took it out of the cold water it was molded firm in that shape and was useless. So just be careful as you’re molding it. Another thing to note, the mouthguard looks NOTHING like the photo on the webpage, it comes up high over your gums in the front and not as high but still up high over your gums on the sides.

I have tested numerous products, even those with a significantly higher price point, and found them to be unsatisfactory. However, this mouth guard is exceptional for boxing and particularly well-suited for grappling on the mats during jujitsu. It provides excellent breathability, allowing for comfortable use without any noticeable discomfort. I highly recommend this product based on my experience and expertise.
