Fantastic for my hot flashes
I’m on testosterone and because of that and a variety of other health issues, I get a lot of hot flashes that can be pretty debilitating. However, I’ve been using these so much, and they’re so helpful. They fit very comfortably and don’t activate any sensory issues with things around my neck, and they don’t sweat so there’s no water running down my neck. It’s also nice that it comes in pairs because it’s very easy to switch them out. Other people have complained about them melting too fast in the heat, I don’t live in a hot climate so I can’t speak to that, but they last a pretty long time at room temp, it stays pretty solid and very cool for about 40 minutes, but it still remains chilled for another 20 after that. They’ve stood up to ware really well so far, I’ve used each one about 5 times, often back to back, and so far there’s been no drop in quality. (I haven’t used the case at all yet so I won’t comment on it’s quality). This really has been a game changer when it comes to managing my hot flashes and keeping me comfortable, and I highly recommend these if you also have hot flashes and issues regulating body temp.

Doesn’t last an hour in 90 degree heat
These are wonderfully comfortable, even while golfing. But in 92 degree heat, they didn’t stay cool for an hour. They did work very well for the time they stayed frozen/melting. Very comfortable on the neck skin, easy to freeze, easy to carry. Overall I liked them. Next time golfing in a hear wave, I’ll need 2-3 to get through the course. Probably, great for outside yard work. I may buy 2 more.

OMG this is a life saver!
I live in South Carolina and it gets HOT! That’s all fine and well when you’re playing in the water but it’s less exciting when you’re out doing yard work for hours. I was so excited when I finally ordered these, I put one around my neck and about 30 minutes later swap it out for the other one and just keep going like that until my chores are done. I’ve seen some commercials where others “freeze” instantly, these do not do that but they only take a few minutes so it’s not a big deal.I had to teach myself how to replace the belt on our riding lawn mower while it was 95 degrees outside. There is no doubt in my mind that wearing this literally helped me “keep my cool” LOLIt doesn’t feel like ice on your skin either, it’s comfortable to put on right out of the freezer. AND they come in a handy little bag so you can just clean it off and toss it in the bag to freeze for next time.

These are great to use at our daughterâs softball tournaments. We bought enough for us each to have 2, that way 1 can freeze while we use the other and swap out. We let some of the umpires use them in one tournament because it was so hot and they all went online and bought some in between games so they could have them asap! They stay cold for 1-2 hours depending on the temps. They are small and light enough that you can wear them doing anything and even forgot they are there.

Not sufficiently effective
I needed to be able to pack these to go. First time in the purchased case, they thawed out within an hour before I planned to use. Next time I added an ice pack inside and then put the whole thing inside ANOTHER cooler with ice packs and that kept them cold for hours. But once in use, the cooling affect only lasted about 20 minutes. Once the outer surfaces thaw and the remaining frozen part is no longer on contact with the surface, it no longer feels cool on the skin. Not worth the money unfortunately. Should have gone with a fabric version that more closely molds/lays on the neck better.

Got these to keep granddaughter cool during softball tournament. Tried to use them last weekend had them both Frozen solid and then put in the insulated cover and cooler until needed. Cold on your neck for about 5 minutes, if that. I was very disappointed they are comfortable but to me useless. I tried to use myself the next day thinking it was just her. Nope

These donât get so cold that it hurts your skin which is nice and they stretch to fit around your neck comfortably. They just donât last very long.
