Good to cut your own strips
This kinesiology tape is great to use where you need and cut your own size according to your own specifics. Funny how tape like this can help alleviate pain, but it does. Pre-cut is nicer if you have a specific spot to use it for but for general use or not knowing where you might need it, a role like this is great. No complaints. It works.

Decent cost-effective alternative
I go through a ton of kinesiology tape as an ultramarathoner who has a chronic condition that makes me injury-prone and also prone to chafing. (Fun times!) The name brands work great but are sooo expensive that for someone like me, it’s not sustainable to be churning through more than a roll a week!I’ve had mixed results with cheaper versions, but this is one of the better ones. Doesn’t irritate my skin and works pretty well, with adhesion that is nearly as good as the top name brands that I’m used to. I might give this four stars but the price is SO approachable that it bumps it to a five.

This tape is a bit on the âstringyâ side. I bought âthe real stuffâ, and use this as back up. It doesnât stick where it needs to.

Great value–sticks well
I have never used kinesiology tape before, so I don’t have much basis for comparison. However, I think this will do the job. I bought this for my husband, an avid tennis player with injured knees. I am hoping this will provide some added support (in addition to the brace he usually wears).It is very stretchy and quite sticky. We have tried the X position across the knee, and it seems to help. I had to research how to apply it. It seems that the key point is not to stretch the last couple of inches of tape! If you do that, it won’t stay stuck!Anyway, I think this will help and considering you get three rolls for less than 7 bucks, it’s great value.

If you’ve ever been taped by your doctor or trainer, you know how well kinesiology tape works. It’s insane!This tape performs and feels just like the tape I’ve had the chiropractor and trainer use. It’s great! Here’s the thing…get online and learn how to use it. This ain’t no ointment. Now get back to pickleball!
