Will Probably Arrive Damaged
We ordered two of these because they were a good price. We they arrived, one was broken at the rim. It was poorly packed with a single layer of thin bubble wrap around it. There were some air bags on the sides, but nothing above and below it so if it was set down hard, …. The other one was surprisingly fine and it did look good.Sent the broken one back for a replacement. The next one arrived chipped at the rim – same packing (first photo). Sent it back for replacement. The next one arrived with a big crack at the rim and the same packing. Sent it back and by now we were determined to get one that was usable. The fourth replacement carafe was wrapped better, but there was nothing else in the box (second photo) and had a chip on the rim and several scratches. We were beat. Just sent it back and will try somewhere else.If you order one and it arrives undamaged – I would say you’re lucky. We’ve left feedback multiple times with seller and maybe they’ll learn to package a glass container a little better.

Nice Carafe, but there were glass chips in the packaging!
This just arrived, and looks like it will be a nice wine carafe, and it is all intact with no problems. BUT there were sharp glass chips in the packaging that fell out onto the table and floor when I took it out of the box. The box was intact, and looked fine, so I’m not sure where those glass chips might have come from. But beware! If you purchase one of these, be careful opening it. Those chips could cut you!
