Surprisingly creamy.
Both slices and shreds are so good! I usually double or triple up when the price drops on them. Either style can be added to grits or a Mac n cheese bake for two or a quick stovetop meal. Best value among plant-based cheeses.

I always forget how good this vegan cheese is until I buy it. It tastes good in a salad and it also tastes good as a sauce! It makes for a great macaroni and cheese. If you have to eat dairy free cheese then I’d go with this one! It’s really difficult to find a plant based cheese that also tastes good, plant based folk/dietary restriction folk know the heartbreak you go through trying terrible cheese after terrible cheese.

Surprisingly good flavor! Its a little gloopy when melted like all vegan cheese but by far the best flavor of any Iâve tried, better than all the major brands, Daiya, Violife, etc. Cudos Whole Foods Iâll be buying this from now on.
