Great Flavor & Price
I ate the imitation crab boiled next to some rice and butter. It was heavenly!

Used this in some CA Rolls and they were great!
Had been on the lookout for surimi to use in some cali rolls that was GF for my brother’s sake. He’s allergic to wheat products and many of the brands of surimi include it for some reason (filler?). We made some simple cali rolls and this turned out to be delicious in them! Price is right as well.

Not the sugary, starchy type of imitation crab.
The flavor of this takes a little getting used to. If you’re looking for something that’s full of sorbitol and starch, this isn’t it. However, if you can adjust your expectations to a healthier version of imitation craband season it accordingly, it’s not bad. Our family version of this is made by cooking this on low in a microwave slowly adding in butter, white wine and salt. To adjust to the “perchiness” of this “crab, I added some brown sugar style swerve. The texture is less starchy/gummy than the “fake” stuff, but it’s healthier and not bad.

Buy it
I used this to mix with cole slaw. Itâs delicious, already flaky and a decent price.

It doesn’t taste anything.
The ingredients are healthy, and it’s economical comparing other seafood. It doesn’t taste anything. You can season it as you like.

Worth it
I am not able to eat shellfish and this brand has 0% shellfish. Nothing beats the real thing but this is better than having nothing.

Not bad at all for fake crab!
Better than the canned “real” crab I bought from this site. Excellent flavor and consistency.

Watery but good ingredients
I wanted to write a review about how watery this was as I was breaking it up. I was really disappointed and didnât like the way it felt in my mouth. HOWEVER, after reading other reviews and comparing ingredients to my Kroger krab, it must be because of how few ingredients are in here and I personally can get over that. My poor womans poke bowl was the most delicious Iâve ever made it.
