Sometimes I add these garbanzo beans to a salad, sometimes I put them into the food processor and turn them into a delicious hummus. They’re great added to soups, too! And you can always count on them to deliver wholesome flavor, a good dose of protein, and alll for a great price.

Beans are fine packing of cans not so
I’ve ordered beans and in every package one or two cans have been dented because of the way the product is packed. This time, out of 8 cans, 5 had dents because of the shifting in the box.The beans are fine and useful in my vegetarian diet and produce the protein that I need. I will continue to order them, but I’d like more care to keep the cans from slamming into each other during transit.

If your like me, you love beans. Doesn’t matter what kind, they are just one of those staples of my diet. Garbonzo beans are something of a surprise to me, because I dont typically buy them or eat them much. But they are delicious! especially cooked right and with some oil or butter, and seasoned. They are just amazing! high in protein, fiber etc. if you have trouble with kicking life’s ass, just order a couple cans of this, who cares about spinach when you got garbanzo beans!
