Easy to prepare and delicious, plus 64% cals from protein makes this an exceptionally high quality, protein rich snack. Out of the bag and into a pan with butter, onions, and garlic salt and bam — delicious mussels in minutes. Perfect fit for a high protein diet; as a quick snack, main course, or a salad topper. Also, because they’re farmed and quality controlled, there is less concern about getting ‘bad’ ones. Highly recommended.

Smelly, a little meh flavor, but cheap.
I won’t buy this again. I suspect these might be good for a long simmering stew, but the smell is a bit overpowering and the flavor and texture isn’t terribly appetizing to me. I tried using them in some garlic butter pasta, and it pretty much ruined the dish. YMMV.

Decent for frozen cooked mussels I guess. Donât expect them to be as good as fresh mussels cooked yourself.

Use it for my dog. Itâs surprisingly hard to find mussels without the shell, love that I can find it locally.
