Great price
Have used this for KT taping and it works great. Sticks well but can be removed easily. Easy to apply and cuts easily for areas needing cut tape. Recommend highly.

Works in most cases
Initial use: I loved the support it gave my belly at 38-40 weeks pregnant. However it caused itching and a rash. Tried to ride it out because the relief it gave from getting diastis recti was so beneficial, but after half a day it was impossible. Left the adhesive pattern on my skin for about a week of itching. Irritated a stretch mark and made it worse. Must watch anchor points if using on more delicate skin.A month and some later: used on wrist injury from IV during labour and has helped support and stabilize to limit over Extension. No rash, no bad reactions to adhesive. Easy to remove while not so much on my stomach.Removal: oil didn’t help me but hair conditioner does wonders in the shower for removal. Apply and run a bit of water over tape to saturate.

Stays stuck if you put it on right.
Donât buy the cheap k tape; it will come unstuck when you get sweaty. I play a lot of golf and developed an Achilles tendon issues. I made the mistake of getting less expensive, but itâs wasteful; plus not pre-cut. This tape is pre-cut and has excellent adhesive. Iâve kept on my heel for two days sometimes. Just make sure not to get it wrinkled when putting on which can make it lift.

Quality KT tape
I use KT tape almost daily before workouts on knees, shoulder or wherever needed. This tape is more affordable than name brand but high quality. Iâve tried other less expensive brands but many didnât stick or hold up well. Definitely recommend

The adhesive can be dangerous.
It has a tight grip. Easy pealing and comfortable to install. I used it on my shoulder, I have a AC joint separation stage 3. I used this product one time. It worked great for the day. Removing the strips were painful and caused some damage to my skin, rippin a few little spots. I would suggest that it might be harmful to sensitive skin. It has also left the marks of the strip pattern for over a week or so at this point and I’m also still scarring. Please use carefully.
