Excellent for long-haired dogs and cats
We have one long-haired Border Collie and one long-haired mutt cat. Both are VERY prone to mats, particularly as the cat is a terrible self-groomer. In the evenings, the cat will lay next to me on the sofa and lets me stroke her, finding her mats. This is a nice set of safety scissors for cutting out said mats. I keep the box on a table next to the sofa now.Same story with the dog – he gets terrible mats, particularly around his ears. These pet scissors are ideal for cutting them out, safely and without discomfort to the dog.Well-made, nice storage box. Great value.

Very good scissors
These scissors are very good but not the best. They could stand to be a little sharper. Still, I am able to trim my goldendoodleâs face and paws neatly. The rounded edges are perfect and protect from harm. The sturdy case is convenient to keep them all together and easy to pull out when needed. The price was fair for the quality. The comb is great; strong and the two sides are perfect for grooming!

These shears are have worked great when grooming my poodle/shih tzu mix. Definitely very sharp, I have cut myself a couple of times. I really liked the curves shears for when grooming around my fur babyâs face, it makes it very easy to give her that round âteddy bearâ look. Thinning shears work perfect when removing all that extra bulk of hair she has, without taking away the length. The case is very helpful keeping everything together and staying organized!
