Well like many reviews have stated, I was sceptical at first but once I put a strip on I was pleasantly shocked. It totally works! I normally only breathe from one nostril due to a deviated septum but these little strips help open up your nostrils just enough for me to actually breathe from both nostrils and it is a huuuuuuge relief. The adhesion is à lso pretty good and doesn’t fall off while sleeping (and I move a lot). The rouce is really hard to beat too which is the icing on the cake.

I have been using the leading brand for years and they were really expensive so I tried these as an alternative. To my pleasant surprise they are better in everyday. They don’t lift because of my silly nose and they are easier to remove. Also they don’t leave glue residue.I’ll be buying more when I run out.

I purchased these nasal strips because my cpap machine needed replacing. So in the interim, I tried the nasal strips and I was pleasantly surprised how well they worked. I was able to have a good night’s sleep. While I’m waiting to get a new machine, I’m using this strips. Furthermore, I will bring these strips with me when I travel and do not want to bring the machine or there’s no outlet for the machine. These would be great for camping.Will purchase again.
