Activate one by stepping on it, don’t bother to try to twist as the directions say.
Instant cold, so cold that it makes sense to put the pack into a sock or something like that, beccause the cold os too much for bare skin. I use ithem during the night when something hurts, expecially a pressure point that I have been lying on.

The actual working area of the pack is small, but its loaded with pellets. Far more than other brands of the same size I have purchased. Easy to activate/pop the inner bag. The chill lasts a reasonable amount of time for the size.

Convenient, but not awfully cold
I bought these to help supplement icing my knee after knee replacement surgery. Sometimes I just need something to fill in the gaps. I had a different brand, but I could not find them online, so I bought these. Theyâre cold, but they donât stay cold very long. I think a bag of frozen peas stays colder. Iâm going to use them, but I think Iâll try another brand next time. They donât leak and I wouldnât mind if they were just a little bit larger.

Fantastic….well-made ice packs
Worked perfectly!!! I had an injury, but needed to make a trip, icing was my only option. These were great! No leaks, light-weight, easy to activate…..would recommend them to anyone. If there was one negative, they don’t last so long, but for me, it wasn’t an issue at all.

I have an in home daycare and I canât express the gratitude I have to have a bulk amount of these, they provide the pain relief for the kiddos when they need it, they are water resistant and donât leak and their size is manageable for all hand sizes.
