STEP ONE
Place the sterile gauze pad right on the wounded area and then wrap around it.
Adjust the elastic bandage part to add proper pressure to the wound to control the bleeding.
STEP TWO
Pull the Israeli bandage through the crescent clip when you almost finish the wrapping.
Then pull it toward the opposite direction to give further compression from the bandage to the wound.
STEP THREE
Finish the wrapping by fastening the clip at the end to the elastic bandage.

I bought these for my first aid emergency kit. I hope I never have to use them but I feel good knowing that I have them if I ever need them.

Blood is no longer a problem
Wow these are awesome. So much better than the tampons so many are recommending to sheep stop the bleed. But seriously, they are great quality and are in all our vehicle and home med kits.

Close to OEM
These are not as good as OEM Israeli Bandages. By OEM I mean a main manufacturer. However, they are close enough for the difference in price. The instructions on the label are clear enough to figure out and testing one of the bandages had the same end result as the OEM.I am rating this 4 stars because the cloth fabric is not quite as durable or well made as OEM. Its the same product so I believe a 4 star rating is fair if there is a better option out there. I would buy these again though, it still functions as intended.

Have them, hope I never need them.
Bought a pair and then saw 3 for the same price, Turnbuckle it tough enough, not sure what some of the complaints were about. Spread the three between cars and tractor, if I ever need something like this out in the back 40 I’ll be glad I have it. CHEAP insurance, no matter what the wife says.

If the the IDF uses it, it has to be worth it
Bandage and pressure dressing in one item? Yes, please! Not to jinx it, but I’ve not had to use a dressing this intense. When I was an EMT, I did transports. No desire for 911. Nope! But I live in a city with a high crime rate so I do go through small bandages for fights and “accidents” ð³.This item is fairly straight forward as far as bandages go. If a person doesn’t have healthcare experience, it might be trial by fire but the directions are very helpful.Plus, if you’re like me and have poor spatial awareness, it can get interesting. BUT that’s not a flaw with the product.I love these things. I have them in 4in and 6in. There’s different designs and be I usually buy my straight from the Israel. I happened to be putting together a stop bleed kit and just needed one sooner. 𤷠they’ll understand. ðAnyway. These are a good quality and solid construction. It’s vacuumed packed but the cheap ones still feel like they’ll fall apart when held.Just saying. Definitely add this to your emergency kit. Stop bleed kits are becoming a needed standard item in today’s world.
