Better than Dobie!
As another reviewer noted – these seem to be sturdier than the Dobie brand, last longer, and COST LESS! As an added bonus – they use less packaging, as they’re compressed so much more compact to ship and store – simply run some water over the one pad you need, and it inflates (not instantly, though).I’ve used Dobie for years – the price kept rising and they seemed to wear out faster & faster – these are better quality, cost less and take up less space! Buy the 12 pack and they’re 67¢ each!

Compared to brand name, these are a no-brainer! Excellent value for the money. Work great in my kitchen. Same size as the competitor. No funky smell.Doesnât scratch my dishes. Dries out as quickly as competitor. Only issue: could have a tad thicker plastic coating so as to have a bit more scratch. But not a problem- I keep a scrub brush handy for real tough stuck-on food.

Review for Alternative to Dobie Dish Sponges
I was so tired of paying the higher price for the Dobie brand dish sponges, so I decided to give this alternative a tryâand Iâm so glad I did! This was a fantastic deal, and the sponges are nearly identical in quality and performance. Iâll admit I was a bit nervous when they arrived in vacuum-sealed packaging, but after a day, they puffed up perfectly. They work just as well as the name brand, and Iâve been telling everyone I know to make the switch. Highly recommend!

The BEST! A Miracle worker!
I have an all-black granite shower, it used to be white marble hence a sneaky leak destroyed the wood beneath the white marble, so the entire shower had to be ripped out I couldn’t match the marble of course so I picked black granite in my separate shower stall never thinking about the nightmare it would be to keep it clean, the soap scum appeared every day on the lower part of the granite and the floor. Doesnât expand like the photos
The first time I bought these they were great and expanded, and worked well. The second time they were so flat, it took months for them to expand and it wasnât like the last time. I would pick another product.

Better then the Dobie brand!
Weâve always used the Dobie brand of dish sponges. They provide just the right amount of abrasiveness to clean off our dishes well, but not too much to scratch some items. Over the years, the Dobie brand has been getting worse, it snags on things easily and once that happens, itâs a few days before the sponge is basically garbage. These is the first time weâve tried Mr. Scrub sponges. Iâm not sure if itâs a generic name or a Lexi site brand name. Weâve used 1 pad for over a month now and itâs still going strong. The material feels thicker than the Dobie brand and thus, more durable. Iâm glad we tried these scrub pads!
