Measurably improved my nose breathing.
Yes they work, and you get great value for the quantity. I have been wearing them during sleep, workouts, and throughout my day in public. Iâm working with a doctor to fix my nose breathing nonsurgically, and it takes years because it involves wearing a dental appliance similar to a retainer and growing bone in the roof of your oral cavity. This is very slow in adults but doable. I can tell you I noticed that Iâm a completely different personality when Iâm nose breathing vs. when Iâm âregularâ mouth breathing. Usually Iâm exhausted, cranky, and antisocial. I used to never wake up feeling rested, but now Iâm much better (not 100% better but much better). When I wear them to a workout, Iâm not tired and writhing on the floor afterwards and I feel like I can keep going.Whereas this isnât cure or an ideal long term solution, itâs helping me deal with my health issues while the long term treatment plan is slowly taking place. Do I will be using them for at least another 2 years.

The new clear option is great! Stays in place 12+ hours and helps a ton. Also semi discreet enough that it’s not embarrassing to wear all day.The black fabric version is Similar to Hostage tape, but not as durable when it comes to sweat. They tend to peel off in the gym, but great for sleeping.

Bad product quality
Very discontent with this product. The adhesive is very of a poor quality, it does not stay on. Washed face and cleaned area of application with alcohol and even then does not stay on.

These are the best nose strips I’ve tried. Adheres enough to open my nostrils, but isn’t so strong that it hurts to remove or is uncomfortable while wearing.I’m using the clear strips.

Nose strips work well. I’ve tried hostage, breathe right, and now these. These are similar in quality to hostage tape’s. My only issue is that they smell like a factory. Hostage tape is more expensive but they don’t stink like these do. I’ll try another box of these when I’m ready and if they stink too, I’ll probably go back to hostage
