Surprisingly effective!
In my final couple months of pregnancy, my snoring is a nightmare. I don’t snore outside of pregnancy so I haven’t had to combat this problem before. It was so bad, it would wake me up or prevent me from falling asleep as I was drifting off. My husband couldn’t sleep in the same room. Nasal strips didn’t help.These simple vent tubes? They help! I’ve been using them for around 2 weeks now and have been feeling so much more rested. They don’t prevent my snoring, but they lessen it significantly. It’s more of a soft snore now, which I can sleep through.Finding the correct size was easy. Even though I’m a petite build, I use the second-largest size. The largest size was uncomfortable and the smaller size didn’t help with the snoring. Once I found the right size to use, it fit comfortably and didn’t fall out. I thought it would be weird to sleep with tubes in my nose but I’m just so tired at nights that I fall asleep pretty easily with them.I’m so thankful these cheap little vents work so well, I had to share my success! It may not work as well for you, just as the nasal strips didn’t work for me, but I’ve found them to be an inexpensive solution to an exhausting problem.

They keep your nose open
These do what they say. The sizing is basic, but they give you multiple options, and they’re a bit flexible, so you should be able to find something that fits well. I wish they sold them in sets by size. Unless you’ve got a family of different size noses to fit, this kits basically guarantees you’ll be throwing 80% of it away. Regardless, the vents work. They hold your nose open and significantly increase airflow. You may actually have trouble with your sinuses drying out until you get used to them. The aren’t the greatest to have in if you have a bit of a cold. But otherwise, they will increase flow. They aren’t that bad to wear once you get used to them. And they will probably reduce snoring in many of you mouthbreathers out there.

Not super comfortable for me
I felt the plastic cone in my nostrils when I wore them to bed, and just couldnât get used to it. It sounds from reviews like it does work for some people, but it didnât work for me. I also donât see how they could be used in public without being very visible to others. Thatâs a strange claim.

Every nose is different, instead of sending three different sizes in each pack, they should separate sizes so not to waste 2/3rd of each order!!So far none is perfect for my nose ð³ð©ð

These are too long to stick in one’s nose. Not sure if they would work with proper fit, but I didn’t get that far. They are stiff and uncomfortable. I stick with breath right strips for now.

What more could you ask for? They come in many sizes to fit any nose. They are sturdy but still comfortable. So many of the solutions to keep your nose open are painful, don’t work and/or are ugly. So ugly you wouldn’t wear them in public. With so many choices in size you can find one that fits for the day time and not look like a clown. I’ve tried the “band-aides” on the outsize and all kinds of things for inside the nose. These are the only ones that fit and work. So affordable, give them a try.

These actually help my husband sleep
My husband has issues where his nose collapses while he sleeps so he wakes up unable to breathe countless times throughout the night. This actually helps it keeps the nose open so he can breathe all night long. The variety of sizes also let him find the size and shape that fits his nose the best. His only complaint is since they are clear if they fall out they are hard to find.
