Perfect Gift
I had ordered two different baskets for a bereavement. The larger basket, which was delivered to someone in another state, arrived as expected and was appreciated by the recipient. I was very pleased. 5 Star ratingI had ordered a smaller gift basket as a bereavement gift for another person and it did not arrive in tip top shape because the delivery truck was not air conditioned. Some of the fruit spoiled. 1 Star rating.I have ordered a number of gift baskets in the past 6 months and never had a problem until recently. Everyone loved the baskets and the fruit from this vendor has been super. So the recent misstep with the smaller gift basket was disappointing.

Rotted fruit
I sent this to my mother over the Christmas holiday and she told me to never send that again. Most of the fruit was rotten, they had to throw most of it away. She did say the basket it came in was big.

Basket looks nice but all that was printed on my card was “Enjoy”. I wrote a lovely sentiment that I wanted conveyed and I’m disappointed that it wasn’t included.

Ice Packs melted and Food Very Warm
Basket arrived on time and in good condition but the ice packs had melted and all the food was very warm and the pears were smashed.Basket had cheese and chocolate which is concerning.Other than that the rest of the basket was nice.
