This is definitely a transformational journal which you can start and stop anytime youâd like the dates are totally customizable so you write the date that youâre using this and just move forward from there. The habit tracker allows you to work on a habit until it becomes regular regimen and itâs easy to use an actually help someone Figure out what theyâre doing wrong so they can make their habits better to eat better and be healthier I love this planner tracker and transformational health journal. my favorite health journal
Target carried this last year, and I used it. I love it and got another one. This year, Target didn’t carry it, so I went to the Erin Condren store on Amazon. I like this updated version even better because it has some tab dividers. This is good for someone who wants to just jot things down (like meals) rather than logging every detailed info. I especially like that it has a self-care box for every day!

Excellent Quality but Itâs Lacking
The laminate cover threw me off a bit but it grows on you! The spiral binder is the best Iâve ever seen! Sounds weird but wait until you see it in person. Ha!I love what theyâve done with this. However, I think they could have added a bit more in the Reflections section, even just a blank page for reflecting on each goal.I may return this and save some money with the petite version they offer.

This journal has lots of space for everything you need to record about weight loss! It is a daily journal much better than the weekly petite journal which doesn’t have enough space. I love it. It was a great price too, better than the Erin Condren website.
