    FINALLY !!
My son has egg allergy. I’ve felt like he’s been left out all his life. I got this and made it for him. He likes it. Don’t use too much oil because then it was just super oily and everywhere. A little salt for taste was good. Texture….because I added too much water…it was a little too soft but….again….he found it to be agreeable to eat. I tasted it….it isn’t straight up eggs but if you make for someone who never had it…..it is workable. Have not used it in recipes yet though. Otherwise happy to have ordered this product. I subscribed for the order so I can have it and not run out. Supposedly is shelf stable. Which can be a plus.

    Good, but finikey
These are pretty good vegan eggs and i used them for egg scrambles for people egg allergies. Personally, i think they are better tasting than just egg and have a longer shelf life. That being said, this product is NOT easy to use. It is essential that you follow ALL the isntructions for “best quality” or else it wont turn out at all. We put the water in the fridge for 1 hour prior to cooking and get much better results. You absolutely have to use cold water, a preheated pan and all the other instruction notes or it doesnt turn out.It does make a nice and fluffy chorizo egg scramble when you follow all directions, and its the best tasting vegan egg i have tried yet.

    TERRIBLE
I followed the instructions for “scrambled eggs” to a tee. #1- they don’t cook, it’s sort of like pouring grits into a frying pan. You just get one big, uncookable glump. #2- let’s talk about the SMELL! It smells like you’re cooking your dog’s diarrhea in a hot pan. Totally revolting. #3- the taste- it’s a grainy texture, and very little to zero flavor. These do not resemble actual eggs in any way, shape or form- possibly the smell of rotten eggs, but that’s it. Easily the worst egg alternative I’ve ever tried. Do NOT waste your money on these. You’ve been warned!!

    A good egg replacement
We always add a little onion powder and turmeric. You have to whisk it well and make sure it has enough water to get all the lumps out. Play around with cooking it, I have scrambled it in the pan, or poured small amounts separately ànd flipped it like an egg. Tastes good, especially with stir fried veggies and toast. We are very happy with it.

It’s not as good as Just Egg
As a vegan, I’m constantly on the hunt for the latest products. Eggs are probably the thing I miss the most. I followed the instructions on how to make these eggs. Then I tried it a few other ways as well. I was never able to make them look like they do on the package. They always came out mushy, and not fluffy. When I combined the eggs with sauteed veggies, they tasted fine but on their own, leave a bit to be desired. Overall, this egg substitute is fine but it’s not as good as Just Egg.

    I like this product! Tasty!
I like this product! Tasty! Some people mention that it doesn’t taste exactly like eggs, or have the same texture…and that is true. However, as a vegan for 20+ years, I have grown accustomed to dealing with alternative foods, so I don’t expect it to be the same as the original. I would say this product is pretty close, though. I enjoy it, and will continue to purchase!

    Too salty
This product would be sooo much better if the salt is cut half more than half and remove the onion powder. I would like to be able to season it myself.

    Tried these vegan eggs
I tried these today, I followed the instructions exactly , I did let them sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes after I mixed them, because I read, some folks said they taste powdery or gritty. I did this to make sure it absorbed the water before cooking. The end result was great. I just had them as a scramble with a side of pancakes and tofu bacon. Great product.
