Product does what it is supposed to as far as support.However there appears to be mfg problem that results in a stitching knot that rests on back of heel causing irritation. I bought two and found same thing on both. Had to cut it off.

As another reviewer noted, product is very tight around the heal to the point of being painful. Also, as others have mentioned, the size is not true, it is much smaller than actual size. I would recommend 2 sizes up, but the heal tightness would not have me recommending this to anyone.
